Welcome to the +1 Global Fund for Food Security! You were recommended by one of our Network Partners to submit up to 3 nominations for locally-led, earlier-stage organizations working to improve access to sufficient, safe, and nutritious food in Sub-Saharan Africa. For more context on how the +1 process works, please see the +1 Overview page.

If one of your nominated organizations is selected, you will receive a USD 1,000 honorarium per selected organization (up to USD 3,000), ****and ****each selected organization will receive an unrestricted grant of USD 12,000 and a range of non-financial support. The nomination process takes less than 10 minutes per nomination. When nominating organizations, please keep the following requirements and preferences in mind, in order to improve your chances of making a successful nomination and securing the honorarium.

<aside> ⚠️ Please note that self-nominations are not allowed without permission from the +1 team. If you believe you are a good fit for +1 support (per the requirements and preferences noted below), please first email Gurpreet Singh ([email protected]).
